Welcome to PuttMind, part of the 18.3 Tactical Suite. These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuttMind application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using PuttMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
PuttMind is a golf putting performance tracker that allows users to log putts, track sessions, analyze trends, and participate in structured challenges. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Account creation and authentication is handled by Clerk, a third-party identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your account, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising purposes.
Your practice data is stored and processed on Cloudflare's global edge infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers and D1 (SQLite). Data may be stored on servers located in the United States and other regions where Cloudflare operates. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
If you are located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at support@eighteenthreegolf.com to exercise these rights.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
The Service integrates Clerk (authentication) and Cloudflare (infrastructure and database). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
The Service uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences (Clerk). We also use analytics tools — PostHog and Google Analytics — to understand how the app is used and improve it over time. These analytics cookies are only set after you give your consent via the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. Contact us at support@eighteenthreegolf.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected such data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 18.3 Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $10.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
